Your attention is drawn to the letter from the Executive Chairman of UK Accustem set out in PART I of this document which contains the unanimous recommendation of the Board that you vote in favour of the Scheme at the Court Meeting and the Resolutions to be proposed at the Scheme General Meeting.

Notices of the Court Meeting and the Scheme General Meeting, both to be held remotely by a virtual meeting platform on 18 November 2021, are set out in PART VIII and PART IX of this document, respectively. The Court Meeting will start at 11:00 a.m. and the Scheme General Meeting at 11:15 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Court Meeting has concluded or been adjourned).
